Welcome to the 2017-2018 Season Registration!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. 

Who can  register with Arrowhead Youth Hockey?

Boys and girls, birth year 2003-2012, who RESIDE in the Arrowhead Union High School District.  If you aren't sure if your child does, please contact our secretary at secretary@arrowheadyouthhockey.com with your address so we can help you make sure.

What will it cost to play?

Short of full hockey equipment, you can expect the following costs/fees associated to play this season.

USA Hockey - $50 (free 6 yrs and under, but still must register).

AYHA Registration - $150 (NON-REFUNDABLE) minimum due at registration.

Jersey/Sock Order -  Due by July 19th. 

-Mites:  NOT REQUIRED -They will be loaned out to players once teams are formed. Deposit required. 

- Squirts/Peewee/Bantam:  REQUIRED

2 Jerseys and 2 socks: Red (away) and White (home)

Jersey - Youth $69.50 / Adult $71.50  / Goalie $76.50  each  

Socks  - $12.50 per pair

AYHA Jersey/Sock Order Form: click here or available online and at the Mullet Office. Place COMPLETED order forms/check in the AYHA Mailbox “Equipment Folder” at the Mullet Office. 
 

-Waukesha County Wolves (Girls Program): REQUIRED

2 Jerseys and 2 socks: Black (away) and White (home)

Jersey - $75 each 

Socks  - $20 per pair

Volunteer Check - $350 (Due at Parent Kick-Off Meeting in September)

Each family is REQUIRED to work at least 10 volunteer hours.  Checks will be destroyed at the end of the season ONLY if the 10 hours are completed.

Team Funds - $50-$150 ( Due in October )

Collected by the Team Manager to cover the cost of tournaments, team events, etc. that each team decides to participate in.


USA Hockey Requirement

Each Player must register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session to signup for the 2017-2018 Season.

  • Step 1:  CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.
  • Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.
